How do I get started with the Meyka API?
Getting started is easy:
- Sign up for a free account at api.meyka.com
- Generate your API key from the API Keys page
- Check out our API Documentation for code examples
- Start making API calls with your key
What are the API rate limits?
Rate limits depend on your subscription plan:
- Free: 1,000 requests/month, 10 req/minute
- Pro: 50,000 requests/month, 100 req/minute
- Enterprise: Unlimited requests with custom limits
How do I authenticate API requests?
Include your API key in the Authorization header:
Keep your API key secure and never share it publicly.
What AI models are available?
We currently use GPT-4o-mini for all chat sessions, which provides excellent balance between speed and intelligence for stock market analysis.
How can I manage my API keys?
Go to your API Keys page to:
- Create new API keys with custom names
- Refresh existing keys if compromised
- Delete keys you no longer need
- View when keys were created
What if I exceed my rate limit?
You'll receive a 429 (Too Many Requests) error. You can either wait for the limit to reset or upgrade your plan for higher limits. Contact us for custom enterprise limits.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All API requests are encrypted using HTTPS. We never share your data with third parties. Your chat history is private and only accessible to you. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
